The tech rolled in on time, like actually on time (not that vague 'window' we've all dealt with), and got straight to the oven issues. He did a quick assessment, figured out it was an electrical gremlin, and got the parts right away. Didn't need to babysit him; he knew his stuff. After he finished, he made sure everything was spotless before leaving. Honestly, the oven's working like a champ now, no hiccups. Crestline's definitely got itself a fan here. Can't go wrong if you're in Crest, CA or nearby and need Double Wall Oven Repair done right.
